Bhattacharjya, learned Standing Counsel, IA & AD, submits that the Office of the Accountant Genera(A&E), Assam, on receipt of the both halves of the PPO issued in respect of the father of the petitioner herein, had issued a Family Pension Payment Order(FPPO) in respect of the petitioner, herein, on 08.08.2025. The issue raised in the present petition is to the effect that the petitioner, herein, was not being authorized her due family pension after the death of her mother, who was a family pensioner. With the issuance of the said (FPPO) dated 08.08.2025, the grievance of the petitioner, herein, stands redressed. There is no further live issue to be adjudicated by this Court in the matter and accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands closed. The authorities now required to implement the said FPPO expeditiously, ensuring that the petitioner is in receipt of her family pension in terms of the Page No.# 3/3 said FPPO dated 08.08.2025.
