In view of the fact that the aforesaid proceedings in C.C.No.8436/2023 is pending for the last two years before the Civil Judge and JMFC, Nelamangala, without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the rival contentions, I deem it just and appropriate to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
