The learned counsel for the petitioner circulated the copy of the proceedings in Circular No.7/2021 dated 09.09.2021, for perusal of this Court. Thus, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition stands redressed. 3. The learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents does not dispute the aforesaid fact.
