Sri Shyam Shanker Pandey learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the present application has been preferred questioning the order dated 30.5.2025 passed in Criminal Appeal No.33 of 2024 preferred by the opposite party no.2 against the conviction order dated 28.2.2024, however, according to him since the order dated 27.3.2024 to deposit 20% of the amount of fine in exercise of the provisions of under Section 138 of the N.I. Act has not been complied with by the opposite party no.2 and he in his application on page 54 submits that the opposite party no.2 is ready for hearing and he could not take any adjournment thus a direction be issued to the court below to decide the appeal within time bound manner. 2. Learned AGA has no objection to the same. 3. In view of the categorical statements so made by the learned counsel for the applicant as per the instructions obtained from the client as well as the documents available on record the court below is directed to decide the appeal with most expedition without granting unnecessary adjournments. 4.
