In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Additional Government Advocate has filed counter affidavit which is taken on record. 2. The counter affidavit states that the victim has not been recovered. 3. We have perused the first information report and other documents annexed to the writ petition as well as the averments made in the writ petition. 4. The perusal of the first information report shows that on the averments made in the first information report, commission of a cognizable offence by the petitioner is made out. 5. In view of the aforesaid, it is not a case warranting either quashing the first information report or granting any interim protection to the petitioner. 6. The petition is dismissed.
