Learned counsel for the petitioner does not have objection to release of the said amount in favour of the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that with the release of the aforesaid amount the claim of the respondent shall stand satisfied. In view of the above, with the release of the deposited amount in favour of the respondents. The execution proceedings before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sopore shall stand quashed. The Registrar Judicial shall release the amount in favour of the respondent by transferring the same into his bank account after proper verification and identification.
