(Oral) CM-8585-CWP-2025 and CM-8586-CWP-2025 The present applications have been filed for fixing the actual date of hearing of the main case and to dispose of the same in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in CWP-11710-2014 titled as “Sarbans Singh and others versus State of Haryana and others” decided on 25.03.2025. In view of the above, the applications are allowed and the main case is taken up on board today itself. CWP-5197-2016 Challenge in the present writ petition is to the impugned order dated 28.12.2015 passed by respondent No.3-General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Rewari, District Rewari whereby the claim of the petitioners for stepping up of their pay equivalent to their juniors has been ordered to be rejected and a further prayer to direct the respondents to refix the pay of the petitioners by stepping up the same equivalent/at par with the juniors to the petitioners and pay them all consequential benefits including arrears of difference of pay alongwith interest @ 18% per annum. Counsel for the petitioners has moved an application bearing CM-8586-CWP-2025 to dispose of the present writ petition in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in CWP-11710-2014 titled as “Sarbans Singh and others versus State of Haryana and others” decided on 25.03.2025.
