This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "i. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to respondent No. 2 to compliance his own order in light of the whole provision of under Section 24(1) and 24(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and construct the boundary wall/Medbandi and thereof deliver the possession of the Arazi No. 753 area 0.142 hectare situated at Mauza Pipara Mustakil, Agarwa, Tappa Haveli, Pargana Sidhua Jobna, Tehsil Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar in pursuance of order dated 31.03.2021 passed by respondent No. 2 in Case No. 02107 of (Subhawati Devi Vs. Nathuni and others) under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 on the basis of Akhya as well as field book produced by the Revenue Inspector on 27.11.2020 forwarded by the concern Tahsildar, Tahsil Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar, within stipulated period of time in that regard. ii. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 17.04.2025 and 14.05.2025 filed under paragraph of 460 of U.P. Revenue Court Manual before respondent No. 2 as well as Tehsildar, Tehsil Tamkuhiraj District Kushinagar to take action in compliance the order dated 31.03.2021 passed by respondent No. 2 in accordance with provision of under Section 24(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. In light of the order passed by coordinate bench of this Hon'ble Court in Civil Misc. Writ Petition Writ-C 68517 of 2014 (Ram Kishun and 2 others Vs. State of U.P. and 35 others) consideration on 13.9.2017." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that order in proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been passed but the said order has not been complied with. An application has been moved on 17.04.2025, which is pending consideration before respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to decide the aforesaid application dated 17.04.2025, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
