After the appeal was dismissed, a writ petition was again filed before the Court, wherein an interim order was passed. That order has now been vacated on 08.04.2025. Even thereafter, if the order of the Court is not being complied with, it would be a matter of contempt. With the liberty to file contempt petition, this petition is dismissed.
