The complainant has filed the present complaint, alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.21501/2022 (LB-BMP). The operative part of the said order reads as under: "ORDER i. The writ petition is allowed. ii. A certiorari is issued, the endorsement dated 12.10.2022, the provisional notices under Section 248(1) and 248(2) dated 3.2.2022 and - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44672-DB CCC No. 341 of 2025 the confirmation order under Section 248(3) dated 14.2.2022 are quashed. iii. Liberty is however reserved to the Zonal Commissioner to initiate such action against the respondents No.3 and 4 in accordance with law by detailing a deviation and / or violation made by the respondent Nos.3 and 4 by enclosing a sketch in relation thereto, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order." 2. It is noted that there is no express direction issued to the accused to initiate any action. However, an affidavit has been filed by the accused stating that fresh notices under Sections 248(1) and 248(2) of the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike Act, 2020 dated 25.08.2025, have been issued. 3.
