Also heard Mr. R.J. Baruah, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam, who submits that though the Case Diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, charge sheet has been laid bearing charge sheet No. 05/2025 Page No.# 2/2 dated 22.02.2025. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court, by order dated 11.02.2025, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has cooperated in the investigation. 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner, by order dated 11.02.2025 is hereby made absolute, with condition No. (ii) attached to the said order remaining intact. 4.
