The petitioner was absconding or otherwise not co-operating with the Court for trial. The trial is being protracted. Hence, this Court is not inclined to relax the said condition. 3. The petitioner is directed to comply with the said condition in Paragraph 10(b) imposed by this Court on 04.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.10040 of 2025 and co-operate for early disposal of the case by the trial Court. 4.
