Petitioner has certain grievance with regard to the recruitment for Non Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) pursuant to the selection held by Railway Recruitment Board, in which he had applied for the post of Goods Guard. 2. Sri Prabha Shanker Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the respondents contended that petitioner has alternative remedy to approach the CAT as the Railways are notified under Section 147 of the CAT Act, 1985. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the same. 4. In view of the above, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter.
