As per the record, the Chef Judicial Magistrate, Agra vide report dated 10.8.2022, has informed that the sole appellant B.R. Sant had died. It transpires from the order-sheet that an impleadment application by Smt. Saraswati Devi wife of the appellant was moved before this Court to continue this appeal. 3. Today, learned counsel for the appellant has informed that Smt. Saraswati Devi, who had filed an impleadment application, has also passed away. 4. In such circumstances, this appeal stands abated. 5.
