The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 528 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to issue appropriate directions to official respondents No.2 and 3 to decide the representation dated 04.12.2024 (Annexure P-1) and to initiate legal proceedings against the accused persons. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 04.12.2024 (Annexure P-1) to the Senior Superintendent of Police, District Shri Fatehgarh Sahib and he shall be satisfied at this stage, if directions are issued to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police District Shri Fatehgarh Sahib to look into the representation dated 04.12.2024 (Annexure P-1) and take appropriate steps, in accordance with law. 3.
