The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Anandpur P.S. Case No. 22/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 331(4) & 305 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Chakradharpur (Chaibasa). 3. On 20.11.2024 at about 10:00 P.M., motorcycle of the informant, parked inside his house, was stolen away by unknown persons. It appears that during the course of investigation, stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. It was further submitted that the petitioner is accused in as many as four other cases. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
