The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bhawnathpur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2024, S.T. Case No.303 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 376(2)(n) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Manoj Kumar Tripathi, learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Nagar Untari, Garhwa. Petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a major married lady. When the prosecutrix pressurized the petitioner to start living with her, he refused. Thereafter, this case has been registered. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Manoj Kumar Tripathi, learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Nagar Untari, Garhwa, in connection with Bhawnathpur P.S.
