Instruct the respondents to enforce Neuro Rights Law for protecting my privacy and my Fundamental Rights of Indian Constitution. b. And issue any other writ, order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper relief’s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper under the circumstances of this case. 2. The submission of learned DSGI is that similar petition having been filed by the petitioner before the Hon’ble Madras High Court in W.P. No.8072/2024 came to be dismissed on 20.08.2024, challenging which a writ appeal in W.A. No.3686/2024 had been filed, which also came to be dismissed vide order dated 19.03.2025. 3. The petitioner, party-in-person submits that he has approached the Hon’ble Supreme Court by filing Special leave Petition. 4.
