This petition has been filed for following relief: "issue a order to direct to the learned Civil Judge (S/D), Maharajganj to decide the original suit no.302 of 2019 (Ram Pyare and others Vs. Purushottam and others), pending before the court of learned Civil Judge (S/D), Maharajganj, within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble." 2. From the perusal of the record it is apparent that the aforesaid suit is pending since 2019 and the same has not been decided despite several dates have been fixed. 3. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (S.D.), Maharajganj to consider and decide the aforesaid case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned as well as opportunity to lead evidence in support of their case and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
