Petitioner was given ad hoc appointment as Lecturer (Biology) in a Government Inter College, vide order dated 21.07.1990. His services were subsequently regularized vide order dated 14.10.1999, pursuant to Government Order dated 21.11.1995. 4. In this writ petition, petitioner has sought direction to treat his services having been regularized w.e.f. 01.10.1990. He has relied upon judgment dated 03.01.2019 rendered by Coordinate Bench in WPSS No.1008 of 2014. 5. Having regard to the relief claimed by the writ petitioner, we dispose of the writ petition with direction to the Director (Secondary), Uttarakhand to examine petitioner’s case for regularization w.e.f. 01.10.1990 in the light of judgment dated 03.01.2019 rendered by Coordinate Bench in WPSS No.1008 of 2014, within a period of six months from the date of production of 2025:UHC:5046-DB certified copy of this order. 6.
