I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the order passed in the writ petition in W.P.No.18015/2024, disposed of on 21.10.2024, wherein the order on I.A.No.2 dated 23.02.2014 was passed in Crl.Misc.No.835/2018 by the learned VI Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore, wherein the Family Court awarded the interim maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per month to the petitioner. Against the order passed on I.A.No.2, the petitioner filed the writ petition in W.P.No.18015/2024. 3. This Court considered the entire material on record and also referred to the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of SHAMIMA FAROOQUI VS. SHAHID KHAN reported in AIR 2015 SC 2025, dismissed the writ petition. 4. When a specific query was put to the learned counsel for the petitioner that, what is the error apparent on - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:41943 RP No. 237 of 2025 the face of record in the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18015/2024, learned counsel for the petitioner could not point out any error apparent on the face of the record in the order passed in the writ petition. 5. I do not find any error apparent on the face of record. In view of the above discussion, I proceed to pass the following: ORDER a) Review petition is dismissed. b) In view of the dismissal of the review petition, I.A.No.2/2025 does not survive for consideration.
