By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant who is the petitioner in WP(C) 6795/2024 has prayed for correction of typographical error which has crept in paragaraph no.7 of the order dated 22.01.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) 6975/2024. In the said paragraph the case number in which the opinion dated 08.04.2022 was rendered is mentioned as KFT/D/1423/2012. It is submitted that the correct case number of the concerned Foreigners Tribunal is KFT/D/1815/2020. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the respondents, prayer made in this interlocutory application stands allowed. Accordingly, the case referred to in paragraph no.7 of the order dated 22.01.2025 shall now read as KFT/D/1815/2020. 4. Resultantly, the time granted to the petitioner to appear before the Superintendent of Police (Border), Kokrajhar stands extended by 10 (ten) days from the date of this order. 5. It is provided that in the event the petitioner appears before Page No.# 4/4 Superintendent of Police (Border), Kokrajhar within the extended time, the said authority shall do the needful in terms of order dated 22.01.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) 6795/2024. 6.
