HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 21037 of 2025 Court No. - 29 HON'BLE MAHESH CHANDRA TRIPATHI, J.
HON'BLE KUNAL RAVI SINGH, J.
1. Heard Sri Vimal Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, Ms. Uttara Bahuguna, learned A.C.S.C. for the State and Sri Suresh Singh, learned counsel appearing for the newly impleaded respondent no. 3-YEIDA.
2. In substance, the grievance of the petitioners is that their representation/application dated 02.06.2025 may be decided in accordance with law.
3. Sri Suresh Singh, learned counsel for contesting respondent has placed instructions before this Court and submits that if the matter is relegated to the authority concerned for deciding the representation of the petitioners, he has no objection.
4. In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with an observation that in case the petitioners move a fresh representation within a weeks before the authority concerned along with a certified copy of this order, we expect that such representation may be decided with three months thereafter.
