Heard Ms. Priti Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Pooja Thakur, Advocate, holding brief of Mr. Ajeet Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 &3 and learned Standing Counsel for the State. The writ petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondent no.3 to pay remaining amount of G.P.F. to the petitioner along with 7% penal interest forthwith. In this regard, a representation has been moved on 21.05.2025 by the petitioner but nothing has been done till date. Ms. Pooja Thakur, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Ajeet Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 &3, on the basis of instructions, submits that the aforesaid amount has already been paid to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain amount has been paid to the petitioner but some remaining amount is due. On the aforesaid, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 & 3 submits that nothing has been mentioned in the writ petition as to what remaining amount is due, which has not been paid to the petitioner. However, she submits that in case fresh representation is moved by the petitioner with complete details, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case set up on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of by providing that petitioner may make fresh application/representation, ventilating all his grievances, supported by such documents as may be advised, before the respondent no.3 Finance and Accounts Officer (Basic Education) Kanpur Dehat, within two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order. On such representation being made, respondent no.3 shall make all endeavours to consider and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned and speaking order, after giving proper opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
