JUSTICE MOHAMMAD NAWAZ ORAL ORDER Petitioner is seeking to enlarge him on bail in Crime No.231/2025 of K.R. Nagar Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Section 108 of BNS, 2023. 2. The learned HCGP submits that, now the charge sheet has been filed, for the offence punishable under Sections 75(3), 308(2), 108 of BNS, 2023. 3. The learned counsel for petitioner submits that, he had approached the Sessions Court during crime stage and in view of filing charge sheet, petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh petition before the Sessions Court, raising all contentions. 4. On perusal of the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Crl.Misc.No.5145/2025, it is seen that - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:33354 CRL.P No. 10369 of 2025 the petitioner had approached the Sessions Court during investigation. Considering that the charge sheet is now filed and in light of the submission of the learned counsel for petitioner, petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Sessions Court afresh.
