Heard Sri Shiv Raj Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh on behalf of concerned respondents.2. 2. Petitioner is under suspension since 8.9.2023 i.e. for last more than one year and 10 months and till date inquiry has not been concluded. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that first charge- sheet was served upon petitioner on 28.6.2024 and supplementary charge-sheet has been recently served on 26.3.2025 and inquiry will be completed within a short period. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will submit his reply to both the charge-sheets within a short period, if already not submited. 5. In the aforesaid circumstances, it is a case where petitioner is under suspension for a long period and till date inquiry has not been concluded, therefore, impugned suspension order dated 8.9.2023 is interfered with and it is kept in abeyance subject to outcome of Disciplinary Proceedings. The Disciplinary Proceedings be concluded within a period of eight weeks, 6. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
