“For quashing the office
order no. Q/RR/60001541370001301/9075/491-13.02.2019 dated 12.02.2019 in terms of which the Bartand Branch of the Central Bank of India has been declared as ‘Deemed Defaulter’ and has been directed to remit/transfer an amount of Rs.1,41,796/- (Rupees One lacs Forty-One Thousand Severn Hundred Ninety- Six Only) along with statutory interest @ 22.86 from 25.01.2019 (Annexure-3)”
2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the dispute is no more in question and as such it has become infructuous.
3. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
