ORAL ORDER Aggrieved by the order passed in I.A.No.12 in G & WC.No.12/2024 dated 23.04.2025 by the V Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, whereby the Family Court had granted visitation to the father, the mother is before this Court.
2. The parties are referred to as father and mother for the sake of convenience.
3. In the impugned order, the Family Court had considered the visitation on festival days, birthdays and Summer Vacation. The main arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the first limb of the order is that the mother is directed to handover the interim custody of the child to the father on every Saturday at 10.00 am till 2.00 pm., on Sunday.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/mother submits that if on every Sunday this arrangement goes on absolutely there will be no time for the mother to spend quality time with the child. It is also submitted that the father is not taking care of the needs of the child and there is no contribution from the father.

Learned counsel for the father submits that already basing on the memo that is filed and as per the arrangement and understanding between the parties this is going on from a very long time.
6. Having heard the learned counsels on either side, perused the material on record. As far as the submission of the
learned counsel for the petitioner/mother that the father is not contributing for the child is concerned, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/father submits that the father is ready to pay 50% of the educational expenses of the child and with regard to the other arrangements, this Court is not inclined to interfere. Hence, this Court is passing the following:

ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of recording the undertaking of the father that he will bear 50% of the educational expenses of the daughter. ii. All I.As., in the writ petition shall stand closed.
