The present petition has been preferred by the petitioner through jail to release him on parole on the ground of taking agricultural crops. 3. Learned APP draws attention of this Court to the jail report to indicate that lastly he was released from jail on parole in August, 2024 and he surrendered in time and and jail conduct of the petitioner is reported to be good. 4. In that view of the matter, the petition is partly allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on parole leave for a period of 7 (seven) days from the date of his actual release on usual terms and conditions including furnishing a bail bond of Rs.5,000/- to the satisfaction of the concerned jail authority. The petitioner shall mark presence once at nearer police station and surrender before the jail authority upon expiry of the period of parole leave. Registry to communicate this order through Fax to the concerned Jail Authority. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. No further extension shall be granted. (HASMUKH D.
