Sadar, Amritsar.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 23.06.2025 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation. The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of orders dated 23.06.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation. In this view of the matter, interim order dated 23.06.2025 is made absolute.
