Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-b)a, 26 of Arms Act 3. On secret information, a raid was conducted in the house of co-accused Md. Akhlakur Rahman @ Akbar Malick and several arms and ammunition were recovered. Petitioner is alleged to be involved in illegal trade of firearms and has got seven criminal antecedents. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Md. Akhlakur Rahman @ Akbar Malick. 5. Considering huge recovery of arms and Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59564 of 2025(2) dt.03-09-2025 2/2 ammunition and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
