These are the applications for condonation of delay of 100 days caused in filing the first appeals. 2. Perused the applications and heard learned advocates for the respective parties. Learned advocate for the respondents- claimants strongly objected the applications. Considering the reasons stated in the applications, it appears that the delay is not deliberate, therefore, the applications are allowed. The delay is condoned in the interest of justice. 3.
