This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking condonation of delay in filing the revision petition against the order dated 28.12.2021 to the extent of certain observations made by the learned Appellate court in the said order. It has been submitted that on account of certain compelling circumstances including penurious condition of the petitioner, she could not file the revision petition within the prescribed period of limitation. 2. Heard and considered. 3. The petitioner is seeking revision of order dated 28.12.2021 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Anantnag in respect of P a g e | 2 CM No. 2411/2025 In CR No. 16/2025 CM No. 2412/2025 observations made by the said court to the effect that the concerned authority shall be at liberty to retrieve the land from the occupant/plaintiff under rules and that the said order shall not debar the Government from exercising such power/right. The order sought to be revised has been passed in presence of the parties and in fact the petitioner has emerged as successful party before the appellate court. No reason much less a cogent reason has been assigned by the petitioner for filing the revision petition after a delay of 1122 days. There is thus no ground to condone such a huge delay.
