A.G, Haryana. *** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J.(Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents No. 2 & 3 not to harass the petitioner at the instance of respondent No. 4 to 8 as the left his own house due to Physical and Mental Torture given by the respondent no- 4 to 8 and he want to live alone, separately, against the wishes of private respondent, with further prayer to direct the respondents no. 2 & 3 to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioner. Learned State counsel submits that representation has not been received in the office of respondents Nos.2 and 3 whereas learned counsel Anuradha 2025.06.20 07:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRWP-6528-2025 (O&M) 2 for the petitioner submits that the representation dated 13.03.2025 (Annexure P-2) stands received yesterday i.e. on 19.06.2025. In light of the above fact learned state counsel would seek some time to consider the representation dated 13.03.2025 (Annexure P-2). He assures the Court that necessary action will be taken on the representation dated 13.03.2025 (Annexure P-2) after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a speaking order within a period of three days from today. It is however made clear that in case still no representation has been received, though the same has been posted through post from High Court branch on 16.06.2025 as is evident from the postal receipt Annexure P-3 of even date, the present petition shall be considered as a representation and needful will be done within stipulated period mentioned above. In light of the above, the instant petition stands disposed of accordingly.
