The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sidhgora P.S. Case No. 152 of 2024, for the offence registered under Section 20(a) of the N.D.P.S. Act., pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Jamshedpur. It was submitted that 115 grams of cannabis were recovered from the house of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of small quantity. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Jamshedpur, in connection with Sidhgora P.S.
