learned counsel for the State.
2. The instant writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) For setting aside the impugned sale deeds No. (1) Sale deed no.2146 dated 06.02.1973, in favour of Jai Narayan Thakur, (2) Sale Deed No.2148 dated 06.02.1973 in favour of Jilebi Devi (3) Sale Deed No.2149 dated 06.02.1973 (4) 2150 dated 06.02.1973 in favour of Ganesh Thakur executed
Patna High Court CWJC No.2318 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2026 2/2 by the Maheshwar Prasad and Smt. Sakal Kumari Devi. (ii) For directing the concerned authority to protect the right of the petitioner and cancel the impugned sale deeds of fathers of private respondent no.05 to 10 executed by unauthorized vendor. (iii) For any other relief to which the petitioner is found entitled.

In view of the specific stand taken in paragraph 6 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 4 that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy in law to have her grievance adjudicated by the competent civil court, and considering that the petitioner has invoked the extraordinary writ jurisdiction of this Court after a lapse of nearly 52 years from the date of registration of the sale deeds in question, this Court finds no reason to entertain the present writ application.
4. Accordingly, the writ application stands dismissed.
