Learned counsel for parties are in agreement that this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction that claim of petitioner for family pension, etc. due to death of husband of petitioner will be considered by respondents and a reasoned order will be passed within a short period. 3. At this stage, it has brought on record that there were some excess amount paid as pension to husband of petitioner, therefore, it is also directed that same may be calculated and if necessary will be deducted and accordingly family pension will be paid and in case still there is any legal impediment, same will be communicated to petitioner within a short period. 4.
