This Court, vide order dated 19.06.2025, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that in pursuance to the order dated 19.06.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4. Learned State counsel does not controvert the said fact and on instructions from SI Nirmaljit Singh further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.
