Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. 1. The petitioner claims that the land in question was allotted to Rajendra Singh in the year 1993. The petitioner has constructed house after taking land from original allottee. The eviction proceedings has been initiated and the order of eviction has been passed, which has been confirmed by the appellate Court. 2. After hearing counsel for the parties and perusing the material on record, I find that the original allottee was Rajendra Singh. He has never transferred the land by any document to the petitioner. The petitioner is only an encroacher and the proceedings of eviction has rightly been passed. 3. No case for interference is made out. 4. Writ petition stands dismissed.
