After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. His statement is taken on record. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with connected CrlM.
Trp(Crl) No. 4/2025:
Issue notice to the respondents subject to taking of necessary steps by the petitioner within one week.
In the meantime, the proceedings in the impugned challan arising out of FIR No. 15/2019 registered by Anti-Corruption Bureau, Srinagar pending before the court of Special Judge Anti-Corruption, Kashmir, Srinagar, shall remain stayed.
