Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri H.N. Singh, learned counsel for Gaon Sabha and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents. 2. This petition has been filed claiming an injunction against the respondents not to interfere in peaceful possession of the petitioner during the pendency of the revision before the Board of Revenue. 3. This Court on the last occasion has called for instructions as regards proceedings of Revision No.3412 of 2024 and delay in its disposal. 4. Instructions have been furnished by learned Standing counsel which are taken on record. 5. The instructions reveal that on 23.6.2025, the lawyers had abstained from work and now 28.7.2025 has been fixed as the next date and on the said date or thereafter, by fixing short dates, the revision shall be decided expeditiously. 6. In the peculiar facts of the case and the instructions received, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.1 to decide the Revision No.3412 of 2024 (Sukhvasi Vs. Sub- Divisional Magistrate and others) pending in the Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj on merits after hearing the petitioner and the respondents therein on or before 15.9.2025 by fixing short dates, provided a certified copy of this order is filed before the Board of Revenue on the next date fixed. 7. In case, the lawyers remain on strike, the Board of Revenue shall permit personal appearance of the petitioner.
