1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.
2. This is an application with a prayer for modification of order dated 05.08.2025.
3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.
4. On perusal of order dated 05.08.2025 it appears that CRLMC application preferred by the Petitioner was disposed of without interfering of the impugned order.
5. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- during 21 days and the balance amount was
directed to be paid in equal monthly instalment of Rs.35,000/- each. Subject to such deposit, learned trial Court was directed not to take
Page 2 of 2. any coercive measure against the Petitioner. Learned counsel for the Petitioner at this juncture contended that although he has deposited of Rs.30,000/-. However, with regard to the deposit the two equal monthly instalment of Rs.35,000/- he prayer for extension of time.
6. Considering such submission, the time to deposit the balance amount is extended by a further period of two months from today.
7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the I.A. application stands disposed of.
