It is alleged that private respondents have illegally put a pipe through the field of the petitioner to divert water of the canal. They have not obtained any permission from the Irrigation Department. The representation filed by the petitioner is stated to be pending before the authorities. The only prayer, which has been pressed before us, is for direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to decide the representation dated 13.02.2025 made in this behalf. 2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State fairly states that respondent No.4 would examine the grievance of the petitioner. 3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.4 to consider and decide the representation dated 13.02.2025 within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order after due notice and opportunity of hearing to all concerned.
