Heard Sri Nirbhay Kumar Bharti, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajeev Kumar Sonkar, State Law Officer for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.18 of 2025, under Sections-115(2), 191(2), 191(3), 118(2), 352, 324(4), 125, 109(1), 351(3) of BNS, Police Station-Bansdih, District- Ballia, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that he has been falsely implicated and he was not present when the aforesaid incident was occurred. It is further submitted that the applicant has criminal history of three cases which have been explained by him in the accompanying affidavit. It is further submitted that charge sheet has been filed in the present case, therefore, there is no requirement of custodial interrogation. The applicant is a law abiding citizen and he is languishing in jail since 24.04.2025. 4. Per contra, learned AGA has vehemently opposed the prayer that there is specific allegation against the applicant for causing knife injury to the injured Hansraj. 5. Considering the aforesaid submission and taking into account that specific allegation has been made against the applicant for causing knife injury to Hansraj which is grievous in nature and apart from this, applicant has also criminal history of two cases, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the applicant at this stage. 6.
