The petitioner has been made accused in connection with R.I.T. P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 333/ 109/ 352/ 351(2)/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Seraikella. On 04.01.2025, the petitioner along with co-accused, who were the employee of the company of the informant and were removed from the service, went to the gate of the company and threatened the security personnel. It is alleged that petitioner has opened fire, however, no one was injured. Considering the fact that no injury was caused to anyone, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Seraikella, in connection with R.I.T.
