The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the action of the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 in opening a bank account in the name of a duplicate person (Basanti Panda as Bijayalaxmi Acharya). Further, the Petitioner deposited an amount of Rs.40,00,000/- through cheques which was withdrawn by the said Basanti Panda as Bijayalaxmi Acharya on the next date with the connivance of the bank branch staff. Despite several request and repetition so also FIR, nobody has taken any step to recover the money deposited by the Petitioner in the account of Bijayalaxmi Acharya. But, knowingly the said amount was withdrawn by one Basanti Panda as Bijayalaxmi Acharya. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. However, considering the request of learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner is granted liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of her grievance. 5.
