The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s): (i) for issuance of writ petition in nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ/ order/ direction and commanding upon the respondents to release the purchased land by petitioners from bondage of Ceiling land in the light of order dated 20.7.2005 passed by the Hon'ble High Court in C.W.J.C. No. 2376 of 2004 which has already been passed order dated 31.3.2012 by the learned Additional Collector, Ceiling Darbhanga in ceiling case no-351 of 1978- Patna High Court CWJC No.10360 of 2015(2) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 79. (ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction and commanding upon the respondent no.4 for mutation of purchased land of the petitioners. (iii) Any other relief/ reliefs may be granted in the favour of petitioners for which he is entitled. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition as grievance has been redressed. 4. Granting said liberty, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
