JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 10-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jehanabad Town P.S. Case No. 473 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c)/21(a) of NDPS Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 13.60 grams of Smack from the petitioner. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2025. 5. Considering the recovery of intermediate quantity from the petitioner, this application is allowed. 6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63989 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 Jehanabad/concerned Court below in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 473 of 2025, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner. 7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Jehanabad Town Police Station on every Sunday of each month.
