Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record. 2. From the perusal of the record, it appears that this petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent not to create third party rights over the land in dispute, during pendency of the Civil Suit No. 494 of 2024. 3. No such direction can be issued by this Court. The petitioner may move appropriate application in the suit itself. 4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to move appropriate application in the pending suit itself for redressal of their grievances.
