By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for direction to respondent No. 2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner against the transfer order. 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making representation on11.06.2025 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent concerned to consider and disposed of the pending representation of petitioner dated 11.06.2025 within a period of six weeks from the production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law and by means of a reasoned and speaking order.
